Intended Use and Buyer Responsibilities
By purchasing products from Windfall Research Compounds, the purchaser (“Buyer”) expressly agrees and acknowledges the following:

- No Medical Advice: Windfall Research Compounds does not provide medical advice, dosage recommendations, or administration guidelines. Any communication regarding the biological effects of these compounds in humans or animals will result in immediate cancellation of the order and a permanent ban from purchasing.
- Qualified Personnel: The Buyer represents and warrants that they are properly equipped and trained to handle the purchased research chemicals safely and within the scope of applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Assumption of Risk: The Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the handling, storage, and use of the compounds. Windfall Research Compounds shall not be held liable for any damages, incidental or consequential, arising from the misuse or mishandling of the products.
- Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Windfall Research Compounds from any claims, expenses, losses, or liability arising out of the Buyer’s handling, possession, or use of the product, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.
Eligibility
By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher or an authorized purchaser for a research organization, that you are at least 21 years of age and of legal age in your jurisdiction, and that you are equipped to handle research chemicals under appropriate controls.
Documentation
Analytical data is published as returned by the third-party laboratory for the material identified. It describes that material only and is not a warranty of suitability for any particular purpose.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed and charged in United States dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is due when an order is placed. Where you pay by card, your card is charged at that point. Where you pay by bank transfer or another method that settles separately, payment instructions are issued with your order confirmation and the order is dispatched once funds have cleared.
Returns
Refunds, returns, cancellations and damage claims are governed by our Refunds & Returns policy. In summary: because storage conditions cannot be verified once material leaves our control, shipped material is not returnable; non-delivery, a wrong item and damage on arrival are refunded or replaced.
Compliance
You are responsible for confirming that receipt and possession of a given compound is lawful where you are. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
