Order processing
Orders are reviewed and dispatched on business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been pulled, labeled, and sealed for transit.
Packaging
Lyophilized compounds ship sealed in amber glass vials under inert headspace, packed with insulation and a cold pack where the specification requires it. Each shipment includes the analytical documentation for every item in the order.
Storage on arrival
Transfer material to the storage condition listed on its specification as soon as it is received. Most lyophilized compounds are specified at -20 °C and protected from light. Short excursions during transit are accounted for in the packaging design.
Handling
All material is to be handled under laboratory conditions by qualified personnel using appropriate personal protective equipment. Reconstitution, where performed, is a laboratory procedure carried out against the researcher’s own protocol; we do not supply protocols or handling guidance beyond the storage and solubility parameters on the specification.
Damaged or non-conforming shipments
If a vial arrives compromised, or the documentation does not match the material received, contact us before opening the remainder of the shipment.
