How it works

Accrue, progress, redeem.

  1. Accrue

    Each completed order earns 1 point per $1 of product subtotal, multiplied by your tier. Shipping and tax do not earn points.

  2. Progress

    Tier follows product spend over the trailing 12 months. Reaching $500, $1,000 or $1,500 raises your points rate and lowers your free-shipping threshold.

  3. Redeem

    100 points is $5 of store credit, applied in $5 steps at checkout, up to 20% of the product subtotal.

Terms in short

  • Points are store credit toward future orders. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Points post 14 days after an order is completed. A refund removes the points it earned.
  • Credit is applied in $5 steps, one redemption per order, and cannot be combined with a promotional code.
  • Credit covers up to 20% of the products in an order, at single-vial prices. Items at pack prices take none.
Full program terms
  • Points are store credit toward future orders on this site. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
  • Points are earned on completed orders placed while signed in to an account, on the product subtotal after discounts, before shipping and tax. They become usable 14 days after the order is completed.
  • Points are used at checkout in steps of 100 points = $5, once per order, up to 20% of the product subtotal, at single-vial prices (items at pack prices take none). Credit applies to products only, not shipping or tax, and does not combine with promo codes.
  • Points expire after 12 months without earning or using any.
  • Points earned on an order are removed if that order is refunded or charged back. Points used on an order that is cancelled or refunded in full are returned.
  • Your tier is set by your product spend on completed orders over the last 12 months, net of refunds, and applies to orders placed after you reach it.
  • We may change or end the program with notice.
