Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot forward to a freight consolidator. Shipping is free on orders of $199 or more; below that a flat rate applies at checkout, which varies by destination. Local pickup is available in the Coeur d’Alene and Mountain Home zones.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3 PM PT, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. You will receive tracking information once your order has been pulled, labeled, and sealed for transit.
Dispatch is the point we control. Transit time after that belongs to the carrier, and we do not guarantee a delivery date.
Domestic transit is typically two to three days after dispatch. That is what we see, not a commitment — the carrier owns the time after dispatch.
Packaging
Compounds are supplied lyophilized — freeze-dried to a dry powder — and ship sealed in their vials, at ambient temperature, in a bubble mailer where the order quantity allows and in a box where it does not. Transit temperature is not logged, and we make no representation about the conditions a shipment meets between dispatch and delivery.
We do not enclose printed certificates. Where a vial’s batch has a certificate of analysis, the vial label carries a QR code that opens it, and the same certificate is published on our verification page.
Storage
We hold stock at -20 °C, protected from light. Each compound’s own storage parameters are on its product page.
We do not issue arrival handling instructions. Material is supplied to qualified researchers working to their own protocol.
Handling
All material is to be handled under laboratory conditions by qualified personnel using appropriate personal protective equipment. Reconstitution, where performed, is a laboratory procedure carried out against the researcher’s own protocol; we do not supply protocols or handling guidance beyond the storage parameters on the specification.
Damaged or non-conforming shipments
If a vial arrives compromised, or a vial’s label does not match the material received, contact us before opening the remainder of the shipment.
